Went for a job interview there recently. It was a complete shambles. The assessment computers kept crashing on everyone. Having experience with actual professional call centre companies didn't mean anything to them. I spent most of time being "IT support" for one fellow job seeker who ended up leaving as the computer systems kept crashing. One question was very odd & not fair to have to answer I thought so I ended up reporting it to the Department of Employment. I had my entire time wasted - They were using Dell Computers which just crashed & were in poor form. I ended up doing my again & still didn't get the job but I suspect working for Telstra & Link Communications wasn't enough. I did my best but the assessment computers were a shambles. The pay wasn't much either for full time hours I noticed but maybe that's a result of recent changes with the FWC. I had to re do mine again as well help this other job seeker who's computer was in a worse state than mine. The entire experience was depressing. Everyone had had enough at this point. We had to use lego construction in role play. The simulation computer was a disaster also. Wasn't contacted via email about a second chance or anything either but was rejected. The recruitment consultants there weren't nasty or anything, however, they did give us computers that were unfit for use & kept crashing several times for no reason & everyone had to redo the assessments again. One computer crashed 3 times & that person walked out of the interview - not surprised & it wasn't that persons fault either. The network was so slow & painful not all the information could be put in properly so we did what we could. It was horrible. I doubt I'd be invited back anyway.
