Hi there, my name is Sarah Chircop, I have worked in the in the early learning industry for approximately 17 years and have a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I have been fortunate to work with all age groups and in variety of support roles throughout the years and this experience has broadened my knowledge of childhood development and the early learning sector.
For me, being a Centre Director at Goodstart offers an amazing opportunity to build and support families in our service and also in our wider community. I am very lucky to inspire and lead a team of passionate and enthusiastic educators and teachers. I encourage and empower my team and believe in mentoring them to become more knowledgeable and develop in their roles. I believe relationships are crucial to a child’s development and the connections established within the first years is where I feel I can make the biggest difference. I am extremely passionate about supporting children in their early years and am always looking to upskill and extend my knowledge.
I look forward to meeting all of our new families and building relationships with both you and your children and together can set your child on a pathway for lifelong learning.
