I have been a Centre Director in the early learning sector for 13 years, working in a variety of services, which has given me many opportunities to develop and mature in this role. I have a Diploma in Children’s Services and my personal pedagogy is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, providing opportunities for them to have the best start in life.

For me, being a Centre Director at Goodstart offers an amazing opportunity to build and support families in our service and also in our wider community. I am very lucky to inspire and lead a team of passionate and enthusiastic educators and teachers. I encourage and empower my team and believe in mentoring them to become more knowledgeable and develop in their roles.
