I have been working for Goodstart Early Learning since 2015 and have been working in the childcare industry since 2008. This has enabled me to gain experience working with children from Nursery through to the Kindergarten Room and the opportunity to further my career goals in moving from an Educator role into a Centre Director role.
 
I chose to be an Early Childhood Educator from a very young age as it was something I knew I wanted to know more about and was my focus through my school days. My mum was a director of an OSHC when my sister and I were younger and I knew following in my mum’s footsteps was what I wanted to pursue.

I have worked in all rooms with all ages and have experience as an Educational Leader, Team Leader and helped support Directors in an EChO centre supporting children and the team. I have also worked as the Assistant Director which has now enabled me to take on the role of Centre Director.
 
Children's sense of security has always been my priority, making them feel like they are safe and cared for in their learning environment, forming positive and happy connections and relationships with them. This is what guides practice as an educator and leader each day.
