Centre Director
My name is Libby Verhay. I have been with Goodstart Early Learning since June 2004 and the Centre Director at Goodstart Newstead since May 2006. I have been working in the Early Childhood industry for more than 20 years and hold a Diploma of Children's Services. Before becoming a Centre Director, I was a Room Leader in a Nursery room at another Goodstart centre.
As Centre Director, I am responsible for the daily management of Goodstart Early Learning Newstead. I work closely with the children, families and staff to create an environment that is warm, friendly and stimulating. My passion is the welfare, education and rights of all children.
