Centre Director
My name is Janelle Innella and I am your Centre Director here at Goodstart Hoppers Crossing Barber Drive. I currently hold a Diploma in Childcare, and am about half way through my Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies. I starting working with the company in 2007as a group leader, working with all ages and involved in numerous training sessions.
I thoroughly enjoyed my job as an educator but wanted a challenge, so I took on a role as a second in charge for five years, extending my knowledge and skills and mentoring my peers. I have now been a director for two years and love being able to create strong trusting relationships with the children and families.
I am a parent of a two year old, and understand the importance of leaving your child in a safe secure environment where you and your child feel a sense of belonging.
I look forward to building on my relationships with families in our care, but also meeting new families and providing them with the opportunity to join our family here at Goodstart.
