Management are great and communicate effectively. The staff... well what can I say? THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They truly care for my children and are attentive to details and communications. My children are happy to come here and we know as parents, it is so difficult to leave your kids in the care of someone else, but I never worry when my kids are here. The love and care they show all the children is so clear when I pick my kids. They are always happy, clean, fed, and loved ❤️ On the other hand, I would love to see some improvement with the menu to offer a more variety of food and cuisines for children to try out. But overall I would highly recommend Discovery Bay!

Absolutely love the staff, the centre and the children who attend. My child loves coming to childcare and is learning so much so quickly. The educators make my child feel important, welcomed and safe. The educators have a lot of experience and a wealth of knowledge. I could not recommend a better educational facility.

I can tell the educators really care about the children in this centre. They seem to all really know my son well and are all able to tell me what he did during the day. They happily greet him each morning and he is happy to go. He settled in really quickly thanks to the amazing educators and seems to love going. I’m so glad we made the move here. He is learning so much and is thriving here.

They have an in-house chef, who worked at 5 star hotel and cooks amazing meals for the kids

The centre is well presented and very clean, the areas for the children have great toys and amazing large outdoor yard

Could not ask for a better place for my 4 year old. Cleanliness and safety are our top priority when choosing an ELC. Discovery Bay has a safe environment indoor and outdoor, lots of nature play, and the outmost regard for cleanliness. The playground is fantastic. Montessori learning allows kids to be independent and each educators encourage kids to discover individual interests. My son, new to Melbourne, adapted easily with the help of amazing educators. I have seen and visited several childcares before enrolling here and glad we made the right decision.

Could not be more happier with this Day Care, my daughter absolutely loves coming here and the staff are very nice and caring. The communication is high and the routine is very well structured. Highly recommend

Had my children there for a few months now They are well fed, well cared for and the kids are happy and love their carers too.

Very poor communication regarding signing up. One day they had spots & tour was provided, then funny enough there wasn't any spots for my son, after an enrolment form was given and signed. Time wasters.
