As a parent I work stress free knowing confidently my baby is taken great care of. I have experienced the educators in the room and the Director Yvonne go over and beyond to make you feel welcome, safe and heard. Drop offs are so easy as my baby is comfortable entering the room knowing she is in a safe space. So Lucky to have found Imagine Daycare.
The transition from our old centre to Imagine has been amazing! My kids love going, the educators are so lovely and approachable but the biggest draw card for our family was Laurie (2IC), she was so warm and welcoming and made us feel at home.
Honestly hands down the best centre I as a parent have sent my child/Children too.
The team are understanding and always willing to try their best in helping families in any way shape or form.
The educators are down to earth and their to support the children, encourage and help them blossom into the wonderful little humans that they are today!

They make it extremely hard to enrol a child there. The application form took me 45mins to fill out and then they still harassed me about providing additional documents. They tried to force me to allow a third person besides my husband and me to be allowed to pick up our 6 month old baby - sorry, I won’t allow my baby to be picked up by someone besides his parents even in an emergency. They also harassed me to provide proof that he is lactose intolerant and said if it’s just parental observation I still need a letter from the doctor. Who has the time for that? They clearly don’t want more customers so I’ll be going elsewhere.
Teachers are caring
Spent ages here educators are great only had a few issues with debit success and retuning funds that were overpaid
Highly reccomend, as an anxious mumma I know my child receives the best care at imagine.
They do great activities, keep the children engaged, happy and most importany of all safe.
My child entered not eating super well, they worked with us, made us feel so welcome and they continue to do so through every challenge of toddlerhood.
I wouldn't send my kids anywhere else 🥰🥰
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY!!!! Absolutely RUDE management in their “head office” they take your money without your knowledge at the end of the year !! RUDE MANAGEMENT AND NOT EMPATHETIC AT ALL!!
