My daughters experience at St Brendan's has been wonderful for the first 3.5 years we have been at the school. With a tough start in COVID times, its been such a blessing to be at a small, close nit school where there are literacy and numeracy leaders/teachers additional to the core teaching staff who have been able to support my child with her reading and maths. Having a psychologist on site has also been a big benefit for us. My daughter loves going to the OSHC program and taking part in both Tennis and Piano lessons. Whilst we are not a Catholic family, we have found the values of the school to be those in which are important to us. Super happy at St Brendan's.
St Brendan’s is a wonderful school with an incredible group of committed staff that genuinely care for the kids!
Like most young kids through Covid our daughter really needed support to cope with the anxieties that came with it… her teacher will forever hold a special place in our hearts - she had the most amazing and positive impact on our daughter and she is now thriving in the school environment.
I find a couple of the negative posts quite confusing - I have only experienced amazing, professional and dedicated teachers who are wonderful to the kids..
Not sure the canteen (and aforementioned coffee machine) has anything to do with the school - pretty sure it’s a part of the church….
Absolutely amazed at the seemingly endless resources this school has. They’re always upgrading or getting something done to the grounds. The canteen even has a >$10k coffee machine! And how much of it comes from the taxpayer? Yet the only way anyone living in the area would be able to see or use the facilities would be when there’s an election when the school gets paid a fortune to have the AEC and the ballots. The rest of the time we have to wonder how nice it would be to use their vast sporting facilities or what it would be like for those gates to be open to the poor heathens that we are. How very un-Christian of them.
Honestly the best school ever 100/10 shaped the person who I am now 😳 best school best teachers best story’s there. sad that I graduated I miss everyone! -From the awesome Lana B
