Parent Reviews
My daughter has been part of KHELC for a year, and I'm absolutely delighted! At just 2 years old, her genuine enthusiasm for attending brings me so much joy as a parent. The educators have shown deep involvement with my child, and the staff have been very supportive whenever I've had concerns. The seasonal menu is a hit, and the cook's dedication to making birthdays special is truly to be admired. I'm genuinely grateful that she's at a centre where I can see her being authentically nurtured.
We have nothing but good things to say about this centre. Our daughter is comfortable and settled.
The educators and director are fabulous, professional and accommodating. You can tell that the activities that the children do have had lots of pre planning and effort.
Would highly recommend this centre.
Our home away from home! From the second we walked into KHELC i knew it was exactly where i wanted my child to go. The staff become like family all working together with outstanding communication, updates/progress, great programming following the NQS & veyl framework. My child's needs and wants are always met and I believe KHELC is a huge benefit to our community and our childrens early start to early childhood education.
Very Poor Communication Skills from management, they did not tell us there was an outstanding amount accumulating for one year, then they upset us a year later! And they did not provide me any updates on my daughter's progress and daily activities.
They did not provide good care for my toddler daughter, because I saw my 2 yo daughter carrying a heavy school bag on her shoulder when I picked her up in the afternoon. I had to remove this heavy bag from my daughter's shoulder. I felt upset with their low service.
