I have been in the child care and early learning industry since 2005 and I have an Advanced Diploma of Children's Services. During my career I have had the opportunity to work with different age groups and across the variety of areas in the industry.

My goal as Centre Director is to create a warm, caring and safe centre environment where children can grow and reach their full potential. We recognise the uniqueness of every child and aim to meet their individual, social, emotional, physical, psychological and intellectual needs.

I believe that learning takes place in a social setting where exploration, experimentation, construction and play are core learning methods. Our role as Early Childhood educators is to guide a child's journey of discovery. Our educators develop a strong relationship with families and work collaboratively to establish individualised care, routines and educational goals.
