Royal Children's Hospital Early Learning

After 2 experiences in one year at the RCH I'm so disappointed in the inconsistency of care and the absolute insensitivity of some of the nurses and doctors. What is the point of putting signs up asking to respect staff, when you are not afforded the same respect as a parent. I have never been treated so poorly in any hospital and I feel disgusted that my tax money and donations fund the paychecks of some of these nurses and doctors. If the parents paying the pay checks of these people could have any say, the hospital would be a much better place for our children. The good staff know that, the bad ones deny that. I don't know if can donate here anymore knowing how they treated my son, but I have to thank the surgical team for always doing their utmost to ensure my son survived his surgery.

Very impressed with the way they looked after my son

My Son had a severe hand injury, he was seen straight away and given relief, at all times my wife and I were kept informed about his progress and likely recovery , can’t thank them enough through this very emotional ordeal.
