My son has been going to Kool Kidz Greenvale for over a year and I feel they've really focused on his developmental needs. He's been able to learn very quickly and pick up appropriate skills in his learning. And if i had to compare his previous daycare, he essentially did not learn much of anything and was often sick with gastroenteritis(hygiene was a massive issue at his other day care) or the flu. With kool kidz greenvale, my son is thriving from every aspect, he comes home with a new word in his vocabulary, emotion or a creative idea every day. He enjoys his time their with his educators and friends, even gets upset on a Saturday morning when he cant go to KK and thats actually fact haha.

These guys are an amazing bunch to work with, they are very flexible with our needs and very particular in running the centre. This newly built centre is a state of the art childcare, from the best toys and resources in the market for your kids. They have well trained educators who know how to handle kids, and they have this pretty cool app which helps you feel connected to your kids at all times (i.e what they had for lunch, whether they slept). Can't recommend this place enough!

Money driven,cold blooded centre. Rude front of house staff made for a poor experience, educators are great . Centre seems to be lacking resources and child always hungry when picked up. It's a 1 star from me .

So it is almost one month my daughter is going to this childcare and I think I m able to give an honest review now.
It was my daughter first time ever to go to a chilcare and I was very worried and searched alot to put her in the best one, where she can feel like home and get all the love and attention she gets at home. I didnt knew anything about how we get child care hours or subsidy from the centre link because it was my first time too. Just like other childcares I visit this as well and I cant thank God enough that I met these two beautiful persons Gayani and Shan who explains me each and every single thing on my first visit even though it wasnt a booked tour.
This newly build childcare is amazing having best resources for ur child to explore. Rooms are big enough with all the new learning toys, the outside play area is amazing, staff is really friendly and Karan cook delicious food, fresh and different variety everyday.
My daughter wasnt much settled in honeybees room and the lovely educators decided to give her a try in beetlebugs room and Leanne I cant explain how nice and friendly she is in words, she helped my daughter to adjust with seperation anxiety in literally just 2 days, I must say she is a great role model educator, she always try to engage them in different yet learning activities.
I have no words enough to describe how gratefull I m with the staff and their services. Early education is very important as it is the stepping stone for the future and they laid it right.
And yes how can I forget this lovely app from which u can see almost every moment of ur child. what did they eat, how much they eat, nappy change, sleep time, and ofcourse their beautiful pictures.
Highly recommend this childcare with professional environment yet extremely home, it will definitely surpasses ur expectations :) do give it a try and u ll never regret ur decision.
