I booked function halls for my baby's 1st party at Newbury Community Centre on August 24, but due to an outdated invoice, I overpaid the booking fee. I only received a partial payment initially due to a communication breakdown between Newbury Community centre and Hume Council. However, spoke to Archana last Wednesday and she promised to resolve the issue, I expect a swift and complete refund, but until now I haven’t got the cheque. So disappointing!
