Fitzroy Early Learning Centre

All the educators are great, and my children have beautiful memories here. We cannot move on.

We have loved our time at Fitzroy ELC! In every room my kid has become so attached to her teachers and they have looked after her so well. They are all so kind and caring, and really form great bonds with the kids. The whole center is fun and friendly, and always made us feel so supported. It really focuses on building a community and has so many wonderful extra programs and resources that my daughter always enjoyed. We cannot recommend more!

Our twins attended this daycare from 9 months- 18 months of age and we could not speak more highly of it. The only reason they no longer attend is because we have since moved interstate. Being our first experience of daycare we were obviously anxious, however the staff were absolutely wonderful and we always felt safe leaving our boys in their care. The design of the spaces are beautiful and the children spend time outdoors every day. The food provided is fresh and cooked on site. An onsite art teacher conducts lessons with the children (even in the baby room). And the dedicated carpark means drop offs are a breeze (not something i say lightly with two babies). The app used for updates was excellent (even letting us know how long their nap was and what they had eaten and how much). Our only regret is that our boys wont spend the next few years at this daycare as the older children's rooms looked amazingly enriching. Would highly recommend. I sent the following email to Fitzroy ELC when we had to let them know we needed to move daycares - I think it speaks for itself! I am so sad to let you know this but we have sold our home and are moving away. As a result our daughter will no longer be able to attend Fitzroy ELC. She has absolutely adored your centre and we couldn’t be more grateful of the care you provided to our outgoing little girl. She always comes home happily exhausted from all the excitement and as much as it was hard in the beginning to leave her when she was having the expected separation anxiety, she has flourished under your care and we were only saying last week how lucky we are to have found your centre. It has definitely set the bar high for our new daycare! The work you do is incredibly important and you should be so proud of yourselves. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Our son thrived at the centre and we will forever be so grateful that he got such a positive start in life. All the educators and staff have been truly wonderful to our family, and we have always felt so secure in sending our child in for care. The environment staff have created at Fitzroy ELC is one of positivity and kindness.

I had an amazing experience with Fitzroy ELC, especially with the educators. The location and place is super clean and convenient to get to. Throughout the day, there were plenty of activities planned for the children so that they could enjoy their day while learn new things. All the staff were so friendly and love each and every child that they even remember every child's name :)

I have taken my daughter to Fitzroy ELC for 3 years. She has been in daycare since she was 5 and a 1/2 months old. During our time here my daughter has amazing amount of milestones and shown really great development in her speech and made great friendships along the way. The education has been fantastic from playground to plate, Italian classes and cooking classes! The centre has been nothing but accommodating for my little one and for myself. I highly recommend bringing your child to this centre so you can watch them learn and grow into a wonderful human.

We had a great experience here, with the educators and the staff. It was the very first time we took our kids to childcare and even though they took a couple of months to adapt the educators and the team were always very understanding of their needs, that in few months time they wanted to come every day. Thank you everyone for what you do. From Admin, to the rooms and to the Chefs.

My children have been going here since they turned 1. They attend 3 days a week. My oldest daughter, now 5, joined the centre in 2020, 3 weeks after it opened. As with every parent, we were nervous at first, but with time, became comfortable. As my 5-year daughter has been there longer, the teachers know her needs, strengths and advised she stay back for another year as they work with her on different developments. They explained the kinder program that they have in place for older children, and we get feedback on how my daughter is doing in the program. We can see some improvement and we hope she will be ‘ready for school in 2025’. My other daughter, now 3 loves the centre. She continues to learn so much from the educators- songs, dances, shapes numbers etc. I like that FELC has incursions and excursions, different cultural celebration days and the staff are always creating memorable learning that our children can’t wait to tell us about. The teachers are amazing, informative, and loving. They have always communicated feedback. We have seen educators come and go but the learning and care has been exceptionally outstanding. We cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing care that they have provided. We had been looking for quality care with a safe and fun environment and to see out children happy and learning new things every week, I would recommend Fitzroy ELC to any parent.
