My name is Erin and I have been in the Early Learning industry for 13 years, working as a Centre Director for 6 years with an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood. During this time I have had many wonderful opportunities to work with a diverse range of families and educators from different backgrounds.

I believe that we are gifted with the huge responsibility of caring for your children, therefore there is a need to always provide a safe, happy, warm, secure and trusting home environment. My goal as Centre Director is to build long lasting and trusting relationships with our families and educators and to make sure our service is homely and welcoming to all.

My team believe that children really are the leaders of tomorrow and it is our responsibility to ensure they are set on a path for success. We believe whole heartedly that family involvement and feedback is the best opportunity to gain insight into the needs and desires of our community.
