Northland Kinder Haven

Northland Kinder Haven is a wonderful childcare centre with a team of caring and dedicated educators. My child absolutely loves going there every day! The staff create such a warm and nurturing environment, and I feel confident knowing my child is in great hands. We love all the crew at Kinder haven Northland. Our toddler has been attending daycare here for around 12 months now for 4 days a week and he absolutely loves it. We were initially very nervous because he is very attached to us and had difficulty sleeping but the staff knew exactly how to help and in no time, he was sleeping easily throughout the day and waving goodbye at drop off. Everyday we pick him up, he is in such a great mood like he's been having fun all day. I have personally got to know each one of the educators and management, they all make the space so inviting and give feedback on the day almost every time I pick up Phoenix. With the Xplor app, we can see exactly what our toddler has been doing throughout the day and most days, they add photos and explain what they are focusing on with education, sensory play and social skills. What I also love, is how they embrace the culture of the staff and the families. They host regular events and change decorations that the kids will be included in. If you're looking for a daycare, look no further! Kinderhaven northland is the one!

I had high hopes for this day care centre. My daughter was hit in the eye with an object and on the forehead, I didn’t receive a phone call or a written report from the centre when I picked her up. I’m still waiting on a response for the outcome of the investigation from the centre manager. My daughter has said “that’s it ok that she gets hit”. I wouldn’t recommend this centre at all, as I have seen staff members be rough with kids and inappropriate behaviour, such as the way the nappy was checked if it was dirty or wet and inappropriate touching for babies and toddlers. Kitchen staff members helping out in the rooms. Sunscreen wasn’t applied to my daughter or son. My daughter and son have food intolerance/coeliac disease, they were both coming home with diahorra. I also find it concerning that I didn’t have to supply my children’s immunisation records and my daughter’s birth certificate. My children have attended the centre for almost two months, I would not recommend it.

Absolutely amazing work from the new and improved centre director, the childrens room have so much space and fun and colourful equipment to keep the kids minds active daily. The educators are on top of the childrens needs , awesome team of educators that are actually qualified and enjoy working with children of all ages , have not had anything bad to say about this place . My kids have been loving this centre and don't like when it's a public holiday because they miss out on seeing their favourite people, so welcoming as soon as you walk in .I can't fault it . Highly recommended this centre .

Clean facilities, nice teachers and my kids love it here! Ebony is their favourite. :)

My son is in the toddler room and he absolutely loves the educators. The Centre Manager Ash is so lovely and you can tell the children adore her. She has such good rapport with all the parents and gets to know each and everyone that walks in. Thank you.
