Hi, I’m Mel, I am Centre Director here at Karl crt, Bundoora.
I have worked in the Early Learning Industry for the past 10 years, 7 of which I spent in the role of Educational Leader. Within that role, I was responsible for overseeing the program development across all age groups and building Educator professional knowledge and practices to deliver high quality learning.
I strongly believe every child should have access to high quality early learning in an environment that is safe, nurturing and meets their individual needs.
I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this learning journey together.

So happy with Goodstart Karl Court! The staff are incredibly caring and professional, our boy loves Jacqui and Sarah and all the team. I really value how much they value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island history and incorporate first peoples perspectives into their work and education. The rooms are top-notch, and the range of activities keeps the kids engaged and learning (today they had the music man come!). Their diversity and inclusion is also solid, authentically welcoming and inclusive of all kinds of families.
Highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing environment for their little ones.
My little one is very happy at Karl court. All the educators especially Loan, Charan and Jackie are amazing. My son is in childcare 5 days a week and I feel confident he is well looked after. They take extra time with him and I can see my son thriving. Thanks
We are so glad we made the move over to Goodstart Early Learning Bundoora - Karl Court! A very well managed place with educators that work well as a team and are very attentive to the children's needs. Our son adapted very quickly and is excited each time we drop him off. It's been a joy to see him grow in confidence and surprise us with the things he's learnt. The peace of mind we have knowing he is in great care is priceless. A huge thankyou to the team!
Fantastic centre. Our son comes home with many stories to tell us and singing different songs all the time. Educators give great updates on development and work well helping children with all aspects of their personal development (such as toilet training, drawing, climbing). A great centre.
I would not hesitate to recommend Baldivis Goodstart to anyone. The staff and educators are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. My little girl has learnt so much and continues to grow and learn. She surprises me daily and it's all thanks to the Goodstart educators. She is very happy here and it shows in her photos on updates we get daily. I feel happy and comfortable going to work knowing that she is well looked after and if anything does happen I know I will be notified straight away. A Special thanks to Marlena, Taneka, Javeetha, Jess and Sonia for making me as a first time mum feel comfortable and assisting with the mum guilt by looking after, teaching and caring for my little princess. You all are truly amazing. We look forward to the future 4 years.

I have had a bad experience of an orientation in some reputed childcare,that place was a total mess that's when I went to good start karl court....I personally love the way the educators take care of my son and other kids, they give personal attention to everyone and make a great connection. They understand very well that what the parent is going through as well and also helped me to go through the separation process quite well.
I absolutely love Mel from karl court she's the best,most understanding, so warm and always joyful person😊 so happy to find a place like this👍
Extraordinary center. My daughter was having so much fun over there. She actually learnt a lot. Staffs were nice and kind. Highly recommended!
