Centre Director
Hi, I’m Sharday and I have been appointed as the Centre Director at our new centre, Goodstart Rosanna - Bellevue Avenue. In this role I will be instrumental in recruiting educators, our admin team and centre cook as well as setting up all resources, furniture and educational experiences for your child.
I have been working in the Early Childhood sector since 2010. I have completed my Diploma of Children Services and have worked with ages ranging from six weeks to five years old. I believe it is essential that the children are valued, nurtured and respected as individuals.
Before becoming a Centre Director, I had different roles including Assistant, Room Leader and Assistant Director. Each role has helped me grow and gain new skills and knowledge.
I have two children of my own, who both attended Goodstart centres. Being a parent, whose children attended childcare I know what it is like to have huge expectations from their educators; so I set the same expectations on myself as a Director to ensure that my team is providing the best quality care for all the children we care for.
I’m looking forward to showing you your new centre and welcoming your child to explore our new learning environments.
