This centre is like a diamond in the rough. The outdoor play area is massive, green and like a little bush wonderland for the children. Really hard to rival this type of play area in any Centre in the region. (I know bcause I have looked at them all recently when selecting this centre for my child and was excited to see that the play area had actual trees was and this was very important to me. I see that many centres have tiny outdoor spaces with fake grass.

They have some progressive philosphies that I really like including family groupings (all ages in rooms to promote development rather than children being grouped by age). As well as a free flowing policy where children can roam around rather than being locked in one place.

My child loves it as they are very child-centred and they even have an outdoor sleeping area to promote the wellbeing of the children through good old fashioned fresh air. (I was skeptical at first but now I am totally on-board given the whole COVID thing and the importance of space and what we know about the transmission of germs).

From the outside the centre looks a little tired but the inside is full of warmth and has recently been renovated. I am very happy overall with the team and the service.

Would NEVER recommend this centre. Have walked in several times to find children on their lonesome in the room, whilst unattentive "educators" are seen huddled together gossiping about their weekends. Lack of care when it comes to each individual child's belongings, with often things going missing, never to be recovered. Have caught educators lying about daily activities, sleeps, food etc. The rude owner, when is in the centre, is often yelling in the office as parents and children pass by. Not a good example. owner rarely there but when he is he is yelling, educators say he is rude and in last yr many staff have left due to his management ways. As a parent, other parents have left due to his rudness and aggressive behaviour. I also have withdrawn my children and now attend a new centre in the area with familiar staff who also moved there. All in all, this centre is one of the worst I have ever come across, and I would rather never work again than send my kids here.

This is a fantastic child care centre, we are very happy with the attention and care they show our daughter, she loves going there (thanks Alana).
