Joyce Avenue Children's Centre

We are so happy with the care our baby receives at Joyce Ave. They went out of their way to help me and him settle in when we started going. I find the careful approach of the educators to be incredibly down to earth. He loves the food there. And he comes home with some new cool skill he’s learnt every other day!

In 2018 I would give this centre 5 stars plus more , my daughter/s have attended since then , but am pulling them out educators are wonderful , but with the high loss of staff in last yr and my concerns with management I would look at other centres in the area . The centre no longer has the family friendly vibe that once was Joyce Avenue. I hope that they can rectify the problem to bring back a wonderful centre , but higher management within bayule didn't seem to care with issues I raised . And was also lied to over incidents saying I was first . When I know a few families with problems at centre .

Great child care facilities, friendly staff, my son loves it there. Hard to get into because it is so good.

My son has been attending Joyce Ave children s center 2 days a week for approximately 18 months. The staff at Joyce Ave are brilliant, they are always friendly, accommodating and professional not only with my son but with all the children within the center. They have a genuine interest in the children's education, behavior and over all well being. The center is warm, inviting and family orientated, the meals are always cooked fresh on the premises by the wonderful, qualified chef Lesley. I leave my son in their care with complete confidence that he is well looked after and always feel welcomed and respected when i return to pick him up. My son is happy to be there and has developed many new social skills as well as reached many milestones with their assistance.
