St Kevin’s Primary School is a small Catholic school situated in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood of Templestowe Lower. What drew us to the school was the strong sense of community and the beautiful, contemporary workspaces. The teaching staff work tirelessly to provide education of utmost quality, tailored to the needs of each student who is recognised as unique and special. They have been compassionate, warm, supportive and maintained my children’s academic and personal development as their greatest priority. The teachers are all passionate about seeing each student succeed. The school is likewise rather small, which allows for a more tailored, personal approach to teaching. *A Hidden Gem in the residential part of Lower Templestowe* My husband and I have both worked as educators for almost 20 years and whilst throughout this time we have witnessed many types of relationships between parents, students and educators, what we have experienced at St. Kevin’s Primary School is something very special. It is a tight-knit community where the school and parents work hand in hand to raise our children to become responsible, independent and caring members of the community. The teachers really know the children – classes are not over-sized and there are lots of opportunities for students to mix across year levels. What struck us at our first school visit (we actually went there three times!) was the students’ happiness in being at school, and how proud they were of their school. To this day, we feel even more secure about our decision for our son’s schooling. I can’t highlight enough how important it was for us to meet students and staff at the school, and how this ultimately led us to arrive at our decision. A wonderful small school community, which is supported at the highest level across all levels of staff. If you're considering sending your child/children here, I'd recommend taking a school tour and talking to staff and students. We have one child at the school and another starting in 2022 and we couldn't be happier with our choice of school.

St Kevin is a great school. All the staff are so kind and sweet and they know by heart each and every student's name from the school. It is a small school so everyone was treated with care and great attention. I love St Kevin community and my kid has developed strong bonding and affection for his teachers and friends here. As parents, we feel very blessed and grateful to have witnessed his growth and progress in St Kevin since prep day one. I highly recommend this school.

A small, but very welcoming and friendly school. The teachers and staff are so nurturing & Principal Mrs Frances is soo friendly. She greets the children every morning by the front gates and knows every child by name as well as their parents. My daughter started prep in 2020 and after the crazy year that it was, we have so much confidence in sending our child to St.Kevins.
