I have been in the early Childhood Profession for over 20 years.  I have worked at a range of services both private and not for profit in Australia and in the UK.

My Early Learning Values

I understand the value and complexities of being a working parent and the level of trust and connection required to provide the confidence and reassurance that your child is receiving the care and education that they deserve whilst respecting the diversity of each of our families  and our local community values.

I believe that each child and their family is unique and I welcome the diversity of all family models, cultural beliefs and our community whilst respecting First Nations perspectives  as a rich tapestry of learning opportunities and for a strong foundation in learning respect and appreciation of what makes Australia such an amazing place to live, learn and grow.

A little more about me

When I’m not here at the centre I like to keep myself busy with craft activities such as knitting and cross stitch, walking with my dog Niamh and attending various folk music festivals and events.

We value our community and are always open to new learning opportunities and suggestions from our families to improve or incorporate many new viewpoints to holistically lessen the gap between home and our centre, making you the families feel involved and connected to your child’s learning growth.
