Renown Kindergarten

We couldn't be happier with our experience and highly recommend Renown to anyone seeking a nurturing and inclusive early education setting. The staff here are truly outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind. They create an inclusive environment where our daughter feels valued and supported. The teachers are not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about nurturing each child's uniqueness.

I feel so lucky to have found Renown for both my child and me. The care, the learning, and the environment make going to Kinder enjoyable every day. We've seen our little one grow in so many ways, and we always feel heard by the wonderful staff and management team whenever we have any concerns. Thank you, Renown!

You know you made the right choice for kinder when your child positively runs to get there in the morning and this is exactly how my son feels about Renown! It is such a warm and welcoming place with great facilities situated in a quiet but convenient pocket of South Yarra next to a local park with playground that the classes make great use of too for excursions. The teaching staff are all superb - highly qualified and also kind and nurturing. The range of activities offered across all programmes is varied and engaging and also includes specialist teachers for music and yoga, plus extended care options which suit working families. Renown is also such an inclusive place. They do so much to foster friendships between not only the kids but parents and families too. There is a great sense of community with many fun events throughout the year. I whole-heartedly recommend Renown Kindergarten.

Our daughter goes to Renown « Les Coccinelles » (French program on Thursdays and Fridays). The activities are varied with clear educational purposes. Our daughter is engaged and makes great progress. Cecile, Takako and Dolly are highly qualified, take time to know your child’s strengths and areas they need to work on to be school ready. The school has great facilities and equipment and the community feeling is lovely. I highly recommend Renown.

We have had the most amazing experience at Renown. My 3 year old attends the Echidna class and the teachers are so wonderful. My son has been so welcomed at this Kindergarten and i have seen him really flourish. The environment is so warm, safe and welcoming. The kids really get the space and freedom to play and be themselves. On a practical level the long care day options are so helpful for full time working parents. I can't recommend this kinder enough.

Renown Kinder takes me back to the quintessential 90’s community kinder. Everyone knows everyone. True friendships are created for the children but also for the parents. The kinder has so many fantastic outdoor experiences, worm farms, herb gardens, in ground trampoline and a freshly built cubby house. I couldn’t be more thrilled I chose to send my daughter to Renown.

We have had a wonderful experience at Renown. My daughter attends the 3 year old kinder program and asks me most days when she wakes up if it’s a kinder day today. We’re so grateful to Sally and the Renown team for making her transition into kinder such a positive experience. It has been an added bonus that the kinder is located next to a park. My daughter loves playing with her kinder friends there at the end of the day and it has been a nice way for me to get to know some of the other parents.

One of the best things we did for our son was enrol him at Renown. Our whole experience was lovely, it’s a welcoming environment for both students and their families and there is a great community feel and engagement. The teachers take the time to know your child and the learning experiences they would set up each morning would have my son so excited to get to kinder. We would’ve loved to have finished out the year but unfortunately we moved overseas. A fantastic kindergarten experience!
