Green Leaves Early Learning Knox

I have been the Assistant Director at this service since February of this year and have enjoyed every minute I have been here.
The team are dedicated and passionate about early education and enter the service each day with a smile.
Our sports area is amazing and I love seeing the children enjoy the space to learn various sports and activities. It is especially helpful to support physical movement through a rainy day.
Our centre support team are absolutely fantastic and no request is too difficult or too much. It is great knowing that they are just a phone call or email away.

I’ve just gone back to work and putting my 4 month old into care was scary enough but the new director and the educators made it easy for me. They have a lot of experience and knowledge and I didn’t feel so afraid, even though I call 100 times a day. My baby is happy and safe and I get updates all the time. Thanks guys

Out of all the early learning centres my 4 children attended over a 10 year period, green leaves knox has the best facilities by far. The stadium is a stroke of genius and my son loves it. The educators are so welcoming. From when my son was first enrolled, Nicole the Admin (and customer service rep from knox) was with us every step of the way. I was concerned about my son settling, but Jess, the Junior Kinder Teacher followed his cues and responded with care and compassion - which is hard to come by these days. I can confidently recommend family to enrol their child at this Centre. You won't be disappointed. Well done to all at Green Leaves Knox.

Whilst the centre has always had excellent facilities the centre definitely feels much more welcoming since Trina the new Director took over. Staff turnover appears to be down which has allowed my daughter to develop good ongoing relationships with the educators. Communication with parents has also improved. They offer a range of activities to ensure the kids are engaged including Mandarin classes, food education, music, yoga. It is definitely an engaging learning environment. My daughter definitely loves her day care days!

I have had my oldest son now at Green Leaves Knox for last 3 years and my youngest for the last 11 months.We joined not long after the centre opened up and I was so impressed by all the facilities the centre had. Their outdoor play area is set up so well and in a way that all the ages can enjoy it at the same time safely.
Their indoor sports arena has been so great during the cold winter months and allows the children to still be active and participate in the range of sports programs the centre offers.

The individual rooms are alway set up in such creative ways to engage the children in creative play as soon as they walk in and this always made drops off so much easier.

Prior to covid times, the parents would always be able to grab a take away coffee at drop offs as well as a baked treat for the drive to work. In the afternoons there would be a plate of baked treats as well a bowl of fruit for the kids to enjoy.

The reception area is set up like a welcoming cafe with couches as well as an activity table for the kids.

While the centre has had challenges in the past with previous management and staff, in last 12 months they have made some amazing improvements. Each time I have had an issue,no matter how big or small the management and the educators have been very open to discuss and resolve with excellent communication. The educators there are all so caring and go above and beyond every day to care for the children, especially in recent times.

Both of my kids have made some amazingly strong bonds with the educators there and that is enough to make me feel at ease each day they spend there.

Long Day Care

Green Leaves Early Learning Knox is located within Knox Westfield, tucked away behind the Ozone Precinct in Wantirna South, Victoria.

Our Early Learning haven is made up of 6 spacious learning hubs from Bubs right through to our Kindergarten children, where all rooms are set up to inspire even the most inquisitive of minds, educating children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.

Upon entering our centre, you’ll be greeted by our chef with the opportunity to enjoy a barista coffee in our parent lounge where families can catch up with each other.

Our unique centre features indoor and outdoor play spaces to keep children active, regardless of the weather conditions. Our expansive sports complex, containing a tennis court, basketball court and soccer field lends itself as a flexible space for athletic days involving our sister Green Leaves Centres.

Children in our centre also enjoy participating in our Mandarin immersion and language lessons, as well as our healthy food culture program – which extends from our children through to our families.
