My son really love going there . Staff are professional , center are well set up.
I highly recommended you DONT send your child here. A review below stating “Beware of Ingrid” says it all.
Ingrid was disrespectful, condescending, impolite and patronising towards the staff members and to the families that had disagreements with her. In my time i saw many staff and many families abruptly leave as a result of the management here. I heard endless name calling of families behind their backs, and of staff members. Words like pathetic, incompetent and blatant bullying of parents. Ingrid doesn’t have the capacity to feel empathy and lacks any sort of understanding and emotion.
Fantastic childcare centre, supportive, caring staff with a lovely family feel.

I highly recommend this childcare centre to any family looking for a caring and professional centre for their child.
When I tried to communicate with this service about supervision and the amount of incidents that were happening I was told that the service could not accomodate, we should leave and hire a nanny. The centre manager does not understand how to communicate without being condescending and offensive. The staff in the rooms were lovely and very hard working. But management is from the top down. Since we have moved we have realised just how bad this centre handle situations. Not recommended.
Excellent family owned children’s centre. I could not be happier with their care, support & advice. Would highly recommend.
