My career in Early Learning:

I have been an Early Learning educator since 2012 and I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education. I have worked across all age groups during my career with Goodstart Early learning.

Before my career with Goodstart, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for 10 years. Once I became a mother of three beautiful children, it didn’t take me long to realise how important early childhood education and care is in all areas of a child’s development.

My Early Learning values:

As an educator I have always been influenced by the Bowlby’s Attachment Theory. He believed that early relationships with caregivers play a major role in child development and continue to influence social relationships throughout life.

I believe good communication between families and educators is the key to tailoring great quality outcomes for children. I also focus on inclusion, safety and wellbeing of children and I like to think I go above and beyond to assist families to get access the best experience possible.
