I have been developing my career in the early childhood education industry since 2004 and for over 10 years that has been at Goodstart. During this time, I have had many wonderful opportunities to work with a diverse range of families, educators and industry leaders who have influenced my philosophy around education for children. I pride myself on leading with honesty and vulnerability as a strategy for growth and improvement.

As your Centre Director, I will be instrumental in recruitment as well as setting up all resources, furniture and educational experiences for your child. I am here to support our team and our families.

As a mother of two, I can appreciate first hand how difficult the journey can be for parents looking to access an early learning centre for their children.

I strongly believe that children are the leaders of tomorrow and it’s our responsibility to ensure their education and relationships set them on the journey for success. Therefore, as an educator and a parent I am passionate about ensuring children are set up for success in life.

The team at Goodstart Bentleigh East understand that children learn the best from teachers they have a strong emotional connection with, where reciprocal respect and trust is earnt through consistent positive interactions.
