We moved our lovely from other childcare to Virginia Park, which is one of the smartest decision we have made in our life. In previous childcare, my 2-year-old lovely rarely had lunch (the childcare records only show "Offered"...) and only slept for 20 mins a day. After moving to Virginia Park, she always has 2-3 serves of lunch every day and sleeps for 2 hours. This is amazing and we can tell she is getting stronger and stronger. As parents, we can feel full of love and care from the educators of Virginia Park, even if the facility is not the best. For us, the love and care like from parents is more important than anything. Especially when we decided to move her to Virginia Park urgently, Virginia Park provided a lot of special support and arranged the parents-teacher conversation to help her get used to the new environment. Only saying "Thank you" cannot express our appreciation! Best of the best, Virginia Park!

I must highly recommend this child care center to parents. We visited a lot of centres, some of which may be good-looking with new facilities or good price. We also tried to put our dear baby boys into some centers. But this Virginia Park Child Center is the best one. Although it is not that new and so-called robust, it’s a lovely and friendly for kids. I still remember when I firstly arrived at the front door, I felt we found the right place even before I entered. All the decorations inside made me feel peace and happy even looking from the outside. The educators are really nice and polite and it’s been like being at home, talking to my families.
We love this place and my kids love here too. Because whenever I pick them up at the night, they wouldn’t like to leave!

Such an amazing centre where the staff have always loved, supported and cared for our family.
For 15 years (on and off) Virginia Park Child Care Centre has been the 'village' who helped nurture and raise our four children.
Now that our youngest has left we will miss each and every one of the incredible staff who are compassionate, nurturing, loving, interested and involved in the day to day care of all the children in the centre.
It's incredible and impressive that most of the staff have remained stable over these many years and my oldest children still want to come back and visit to see you all.
You have all become our family and we miss you all dearly

I have my own daughter in there and would not move her to any other one. They have very low staff churn rate which mean my child can learn to build good relationship with the carers. The food there is the best, my daughter never had any issue with eating since she joined the childcare. The staff could not be more friendly.

A diamond in the rough! after having a negative experience in a newer “state of the art” childcare center, which after 4 months left my child anxious, we found Virginia park. Looking around it may not dazzle (don’t be fooled) notice the educators, actually sitting with the children, playing and talking to them - the attention to each and every child, their needs and personality. My son has grown in confidence and has made many friends, learning empathy and respect. My daughter is now in the Joeys room and I am excited that she will be able to share a similar experience like my son. Forever grateful to everyone at Virginia Park.
