Goodstart Early Learning Clayton

I moved to Australia in 2013 after working for 10 years as an early learning educator in New Zealand. I completed a Bachelor of Commerce in India and have a Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood from India and also from New Zealand. I have been a Centre Director since 2009 and I have been in the early learning sector since 2003.

Before living in New Zealand, I worked for a year as an early childhood teacher in a government school in India. My family and I moved to Australia because the educational opportunities here are very good for our two daughters. My daughter attended the centre here before she started primary school and I believe our centre provided her with the quality education and care she needed to succeed in school.

I believe children are the future of our country and I would like to play an important role in moulding this future. I also like the role of Centre Director because I have the opportunity to lead and empower our educators and to form lasting bonds with the parents. I love the children, the educators and it’s a great child care centre.
