Goodstart Springvale South is a culturally diverse service in terms of educators, children and families. We offer parking so that you are off busy Springvale Road and we have a bus stop right outside our door. Our service has a long-standing team who are committed to providing the best possible outcomes for all children. We provide a program that includes language, literacy, maths, imaginative play, physical play, science and social emotional play. Our program is both structured and child led to enable all children the opportunity to participate in activities that interest them. We also value parent input and feedback, encouraging this as it is such an important part of your child’s development. Our service has two outdoor areas that children use to develop their physical skills. We have one for our nursery children and the other is for our two to five year old children. Our 'big yard' provides children the opportunity to play with children of different ages, and at times, their siblings. Our educators use outdoor time to implement activities that allow children to develop physically, socially, and emotionally through play. A combination of intentional teaching and free play stimulates children’s curiosity for learning and supporting their interests. We have two kindergarten teachers at our service offering a four year old program and a three year old program. These programs ensure that children are ready to face the new world of school.
