Goodstart Early Learning Elwood

I have worked in Early Learning for six years and hold a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care. Throughout my time with Goodstart, I have worked as an educator across all ages ranging from 6 weeks to 6 years! I have experienced many roles including Team Leader, Educational Leader, and Assistant Director.

The importance of building strong, reciprocal relationships between children, families, and educators is reflected within my personal philosophy. In doing this, together we can succeed in creating warm and welcoming spaces for children to learn, explore, and grow.

Through educating and uplifting educators, I aspire to support our team in achieving good practice, as well as encouraging them to strive towards continuous improvement across the service.

I believe that young children can learn a great deal through what they observe, which is why my attitude is all about leading by example and being a positive role model.
