Our 2 daughters have been attending Kool Kidz since it opened, late May.  We have been thrilled with the level of care, that the educators have given both our girls. The educators have taken the time to get to know us as a family, and have embraced my youngest daughters schedule.  My husband and I decided to give Kool Kidz a go because of their longer hours, making life much easier on the days we both work.  We were also very underwhelmed by our current boutique style center.  We were concerned about the outdoor area not being 'real' grass, with trees, but our eldest daughter just loves the space!!  She rides trikes, runs, plays in sand, and asks every morning "is today a Kool Kidz day?".  We have been pleasantly surprised by the level of care our family has received at Kool Kidz, Gardenvale.  Where you send your children is such a personal (and HUGE) choice, but if you are at all curious about Kool Kidz, I would strongly recommend going to meet the team, and having a look for yourself.

Since Paras has taken over Kool Kidz Gardenvale the centre has become with out a doubt the best childcare in Brighton our child loves coming to Kool Kidz Paras has employed the most amazing staff they are so loving towards the children.
The place has such a warm friendly feel to it. Paras is there every morning greeting us all with a smile she gives our child a cuddle every morning as we arrive. In the evening Paras is Still at the centre she’s always happy to listen us parents &  goes above and beyond to help us. The centre it self is so spacious and always clean.

Very pleased so far with the carers at Kool Kidz Gardenvale.  This is still a relatively new centre, and it seems they are still going through some teething pains, however everyone seems to have their heart in the right place.  After a few chaotic visits, things seem to have settled down and are running smoothly.

Communication at dropoff and pickup is always excellent.  Everything is brand new.  If you can accept that this is a large centre in an urban area I don't really see much to complain about.

If you are looking for care in this corner of Melbourne, Kool Kidz Gardenvale is an excellent option.  Give them a look.

Having toured a few local child care centres, Kool Kidz was a clear stand out. We are in the babies room and couldn’t be happier with the staff - they are more than happy to one-on-one with our son when he needs it, which gives us complete peace of mind. The staff have identified the things he loves and enjoys, and have made moves to introduce more of it to the centre; as well as suggestions for us to complement his development at Kool Kidz and also at home. They are always open to suggestion themselves. We get a daily run down each with photos too, a variety of food is offered with care for allergies (we have an egg allergy), and there is so much variety in play equipment and toys too.

Two amazing outdoor areas, a great aquarium, fingerprint technology for security, undercover parking, a parents cafe area, professional management and great staff. Tick, tick tick!

We love the team at KoolKidz!  So personalised, so friendly, and definitely feel at peace and at ease leaving our baby girl in the care of the team.  Such a great vibe, even get a free coffee on the way to work every morning! x
