OLA Primary School has been a fantastic place for both of my children during their primary school years. The community feel is wonderful, fostering a supportive and friendly environment for everyone involved. The teachers are fantastic, providing great support and guidance. Both our kids and us parents have made friends for life here. Highly recommended!
Having our daughter enrolled at OLA since Prep and now progressing to Year Two has been an incredibly rewarding experience for our family. Throughout her time at the school, we've consistently been impressed by the supportive and inclusive community, as well as the dedicated staff.
We've also appreciated the school's commitment to updating its infrastructure over the years, ensuring that students have access to modern facilities and resources that enhance their educational experience.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter at OLA
. It's truly a place where she has thrived and felt supported every step of the way, from Prep through Year Two, and we look forward to the continued journey ahead."
OLA is a wonderful school. With a strong community, great processes, and variety of offerings. All teachers are amazing and strong leadership from the principal leading the great positive learning environment.
OLA is an amazing school with an incredible sense of community. We felt very well supported with the transition from kinder to prep. Teachers are hands on, caring and compassionate. The school is always proactive and communicates regularly and transparently. The leadership team is great and continues to do wonderful things for the school. We could not be happier that we chose OLA for our kids.
We have absolutely loved our journey at OLA. The teachers are wonderful, nurturing and hands on. You're able to communicate openly with them.
The school is extremely organised, communications sent out regularly and parent involvement is encouraged.
Every morning your child is greeted by name and you're able to chat to teachers. The morning starts with meditation in the class which is just an incredible way for kids to start the day.
Preps are allocated a buddy and the buddy writes them letters and are very involved in their prep year. This made a huge difference for our preppy.
The school is wonderful, it's a close knit community and there are many events throughout the year to be apart of. We absolutely love the principal and the focus, structure, care, passion and drive he brings. Highly recommend OLA!
OLA is an amazing school and a beautiful community. The children are taught to be caring and polite members of society. The staff are amazing, supportive and approachable. Nearly every day something reminds me how lucky my kids are to attend this school. Keep it up OLA.
Students and recess here was good but the teachers have got to be the most controlling and selfish people i have ever experienced. I once got in trouble for playing cricket and hitting the ball in the fence and because of that i had to write a note on my my actions like 💀. One of my boys had to stay in for 2 hours for touching a butterfly like how controlling do you want to be. Also 93% of the school is taken up by parish buildings that they don't even use which limits recess space. Another incident involved with my other mate was that he got his sausage roll thrown in the bin when he bought it himself from the canteen. Overall everyone could improve a lot but had lots of good memories with friends.
