Goodstart Early Learning Portland

I have stepped in to various roles at the centre, working with all age groups, but most commonly leading the 3-6 year old room, Educational leader, Administration Assistant and most recently Centre Director (2021).

During this time I have welcomed my two beautiful daughters into the world, they have shaped me into a complete different educator compared to when I started in this profession.

Family is what shapes me and is something I feel really passionate about here at Goodstart Portland.

Key educator is embedded, and building relationships is the most important aspect of our centre.

When you walk into the centre, I want you to feel welcomed, supported but most of all important.

I am very fortunate to lead a fantastic group of educators here at Portland, some who have been here since we first opened and others who started here as students.

I believe the educators working directly with the children are absolute heroes, and really do make a difference in children’s lives daily and I cant praise them enough.
