My daughter attends Big Childcare on a regular basis especially during school holidays, largely because of what a great time she has! The centre manager Mim is an absolute treasure - she’s loved by the kids, she’s so proactive in thinking up activities that the kids would love to do and she’s especially fantastic at sending out timely reminders because she understands that sometimes as busy working parents we forget to book in!! My daughter is so incredibly comfortable at Big Childcare that she begs me to keep her in longer than I sometimes need to and gets upset at having to leave. I think that’s largely due to the relationships she has formed with the staff there, especially Mim. Thank you Mim, for making childcare such a fun place to be, some times as working parents we feel so guilty leaving our children but when the kids are genuinely happy to be there it’s a real credit to the centre and yourself.

Its always lovely to drop off or pick up my grandkids and have them always laughing or telling me what they have done at after care. Staff are always super friendly and know everyone by face and name, makes it feel extra safe. Extra Points because you make it more fun to come there in the holidays then spend time with me hahaha Thank you Big Child Care

We Love our Parkwood Green Big Childcare, Our Daughter is there almost Fulltime and most days cant get her to leave at closing! Bec and Amy have everything from Activities to Meal Plans organised to perfection and even During this crazy Covid Time they have smiles on their faces and huge amount of energy. Amazing Bonus Points now our Holiday Care Program is back at the school too. Thanks Guys you make it so much easier for us Full time working parents and dont have to stress about the care and welfare of our children while they are with you!!
