Big Childcare - Aintree PS OSHC

I am hoping staff should have training or awareness about autism spectrum disorder, the way they treat children with autism spectrum felt like as parent they don't care. They should understand and aware of triggers. Today, i felt sorry for my child he was crying as he was so hungry this lady distributing food (snack to the kids) she just ignored my child. I asked her can you give him some she gave this so tiny. I felt as parent its unfair treatment. I am hoping this workers should have some training and awareness regarding autism spectrum.

Big Childcare canceled the OHSC program at our school at 7:37pm one night effective immediately, giving parents no notice for the care they needed the following morning. Big Childcare left the school in shambles, luckily the school is full of decent people who have stepped up to fill the void. We also had some incidents of theft by children under their supervision that were never addressed. If you are thinking of using this company for your OHSC program I would look elsewhere, didn't even last three months at our school.

After an extensive due diligence process, this company cancelled the OHSC program at our school at 7:37pm on a work night, effective immediately. There was no advance warning to the school or to the parents. This caused enormous stress and anxiety for families about the immediate needs of their family as well as uncertainty for the school holidays approaching. If you are thinking of using this company for your OHSC program, think again. They didn't even last three months at our school. If I could give them less than no stars, I would.

Shocking service from head office. Amount debited is different to invoiced amount every week and they refuse to fix it. Also, unable to enrol for holiday program using XAP. Rang head office with no answer. All instructions on XAP are videos with no subtitles or text so not user friendly for people that can't watch videos. Was once a great service but now it terrible.

I made several messages online via website also made phone calls and left messages on mobile phone that I received from a school that your day care runs for. not a one response have I received. It's been over two weeks. I think it's ridiculous for me to have an inquiry just would like to chat and have answers about your service. based on this I don't think I would consider the service.

Increase childcare fees by 40% without notice, also incorrectly charging fees in the new system causing more out of pocket fees from parents. Told centre manager and also Big childcare head office/upper management and has not responded with acknowledgement or a fix to the issue. Head office hours starts at 9am and no one answers till 9.50am and rings out. Very poor communication and customer service from management

Absolutely disgusting customer service here from head office. Multiple attempts to call them over several days only answered once by a real person who then emailed to say they have rectified the issue which they have not. I have sent 2 further emails and attempted to call back over the last week for the phone to answer and then be hung up on after the recorded welcome. A number of issues around billing. What ever you do do not give these thieves your bank details for direct debit. They will steal your money unauthorised for services not even provided and when you attempt to try and fix it they disappear off the face of the earth. Staff in the centre are no help either as they have no idea as to what is happening. I think it it time to go to the Accc and ombudsman as attempts to resolve as falling on. Deaf ears

I have tried to ring head office 7 times in the last week, and can not get through to speak to someone regarding my billing issue. I have sent 2 emails in this time, and no one has gotten back to me. How can Big Childcare be industry leading when they are so incompetent and make communication with families impossible?! I am about to cease using this service all together and organize alternative arrangements for my children.
