Journey Ballarat east is our other home from home! The staff are so caring and attentive to the all the kids and parents! If I could give more stars I would!
Since starting my daughter in the Nursery last December I have been very impressed with the level of care they have offered her. The ladies in the Nursery are always honest with me when I ask how my daughters day has been, which I do truly appreciate and it helps us at home so much. They are accommodating to each childs individual needs, always there to give handover and if they aren't then they pass on any messages without fail. Such a lovely place!
The Ballarat East Journey ELC has been the most wonderful centre, the staff are experienced and professional, and have provided top notch care for my daughter, who was lucky enough to start out in the nursery. The centre itself is beautiful, and the wonderful chef Leonie prepares the best food which the kids love! The educators go above and beyond to provide engaging learning experiences. We have been really happy to be a part of the Journey community!

Amazing centre both in regards to its facilities and staff. My girls absolutely love the yard and the resources in their room. Communication to families exceeds expectations with a large focus on child lead activities linking directly to learning outcomes. Educators are well trained and experienced and clearly love their job. Management are friendly, approachable and all across policy and the needs of each child. Absolutely love the chef Leonie as well, I got a call from her a week before my girls had even started to check their dietary requirements!! So glad we made the change to this centre.
My son has just started at Ballarat East Journey, and he absolutely loves it. The educators and teacher are amazing and extremely helpful. The chef is very welcoming and greets us daily and also makes some very yummy meals I’m told by my son.
The director is amazing ! And there outdoor yard is fantastic!
He loves going to kinder !
So friendly and inviting, all staff are so welcoming. Knowing my son is in the safest of hands and able to learn and explore in news ways.
Amazing centre, from the first tour, first orientation and first day they have been helpful, kind, informative and made the process so easy. My girls absolutely love their educators and are so happy at drop off and pick up! ❤️
Coming from the child care industry myself I am incredibly happy with my girls at this centre. My girls have special needs and both are cared for and treated like any other and I find the staff very approachable and knowledgeable. We have been to a few centres in Ballarat but find this one by far the best. The food and chef is amazing, the experiences the kids get to do like going into the community is amazing for them and I’ll be sad to leave when my girls go to primary school. The centre layout is fantastic and all brand new and they have great resources for all ages.
