Great Beginnings Mt Clear

Great Beginnings is a great choice! I feel so comfortable leaving my little one with the caring and loving staff. The rooms are set up beautifully, and enjoyed by staff, kids and parents alike. I know my little one is going to be fed fresh and healthy meals and snacks. Such a wonderful space for learning and growing when your kids have to be away from home. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I enrolled my child at Great Beginnings early this year and couldn't be happier. I was given a wonderful and informative orientation visit to the centre and could see how clean and new the items/furniture were. I love that the centre is filled with activity stations throughout for the children to engage in with most being of the nature based theme. The staff is honest and share with me all the important information on my child both personally and with an online account. My child loves the food provided and often comes home and tell me all the yummy food they had that day. I am very happy with my decision to send my child to Great Beginnings at Mt Clear and would recommend them highly to others.

When we first started they were overcharging me! Then when we had time off over the holidays and wanted to enroll again and enroll new child they were trying to charge hundreds because childs CS wasn't approved yet knowing full well it would be back dated..  For a sole parent this wasn't possible to fork out so much and no they don't give back the money when they are back dated. They wouldn't allow child to start til hundreds were paid so we told themh to stick it and we will find a more compassionate centre knowing full well other centres don't do this!  Told me the day before I was due to restart Tafe to better our lives. Honestly there are better more understanding compassionate centres out there.
Also they lied to me when they put the wrong sunscreen on my child and tried to tell me he had allergies knowing full well it was not his sunscreen they applied and it was allergy from sunscreen I also wasn't called about it when his face went bright red and rashy from it. He ended up with major rash and miserable. Honesty would have been nice and a phone call!
Also lots of things they say their program they do not do..  Never went to bush kinder the whole time he was there even though weather was great.

The staff are lovely, so caring and willing to help the children. Our little one was quite nervous to begin with but the staff ensured they were there to help her cope and manage. They’re patient, beautiful ladies. The facilities are also great. Would recommend to anyone.

We have only recently transferred to Great Beginnings and we love it.
Our little one is always happy and reluctant to leave on pick up.
We also love the daily and weekly updates that captures his day with photos and a write-up.
