I have been in this role since October 2005 and I have been working in the child care and early learning industry since 1987.

During the past almost 30 years I have gained extensive experience working with all age groups from infants through to five years.

My philosophy is to provide a warm, safe, caring and nurturing learning environment for each child. I believe that every child is equal and has the same right. I acknowledge the unique quality of each child's family and encourage a partnership based on mutual respect and sharing of information.

I encourage parent participation within the centre, working in partnership with the families to provide the best possible care.

The team I am fortunate to work with shares my passion for seeing children meet their potential. They are dedicated, professional, experienced and highly qualified.
