This school was amazing, I would highly recommend that you send your child here. I loved it there, and I hope it hasn't changed too much in that regard because the teachers are great and the facilities are good. This school helped me not just academically but also taught me valuable life lessons that I still use to this day. They have facilities, teachers and support for children that are ahead, behind, or special needs. I would send my own child there if I had one. Wonderful
It has been a few years since I attended(I'm currently a year 12 as of writing,) but I was there from prep till year 6 and found that the environment at TMPS was very accommodating to all students at any level, whether you needed harder content with an accelerated class, or need some extra support lessons to keep up. Facilities in terms of sport and play were great, with us having access to 2 new playgrounds, multiple cricket pitches, multiple basketball courts and a soccer field(as well as the local oval which belonged to the council, containing footy goals). For a publicly-funded school, you can't get any better than a school like Thomas Mitchell.
I went here didnt like
I learn at this school
I put both my girls in they loved it my older one been there for 4 years
I tried to enrol my girls here but they made the biggest deal about the 5 km zone & I was only half a km out. Then I found out they have students from Hampton Park .
The principal was also rude during the tour but later I found out they did me a favour as students attending here complaining about bullying and favouring students.
Went here few years ago and it was disgusting the teachers favorite the popular students while others were ignored especially when who need helped they ignore students that where obviously getting abuse at home and turn blind eye every time and when students get bullied and they are getting bullied from the popular students they pretend like it's not big deal even though the bullying was physical teachers didn't know how deal with kids with autism or ADHD the fact kids were going to this school with clear signs of abuse at home and didn't do anything not even ask the kid the school doesn't care about well being or mental health of the students either and kids have taken there lives after going to this school for such long time and was ignored
