My name is Kylie Kitt and I am the centre Director at Goodstart Langwarrin. I hold a diploma in Children’s Services. I have been at this service for 2 years and I have worked in the early year’s sector for 19 years. I have had the pleasure of working with all age groups and been involved in all aspects of child development.
As a mother myself of now teenage children. I understand the needs of families and the challenges of managing work life balance as well as wanting the best for your child’s growth and development.
I take great pride in supporting my educators in offering high quality early year’s programs, as well as seeing you the family as the most important tool in delivering this. As a service one of our strongest assets is our dedication to being a community and extension to your family.
Family input and connection is the most important way of delivering a strong learning environment and I like to take the time to get to know each family and their individual needs as we work and grow together.
