Normal Hours

Looking after my children as they are a child not a number. 5 star service.

The educators in the toddler room are fantastic. They are always great with my son, especially at drop off if he is upset. At the end of the day they are happy to chat and tell me about my son’s day.
The girls are always planning nature walks, community outings etc.

Friendly educators, clean environment and so much learning and fun to be had. Staff all know the kids even if they are not in their room. Very open with communication.

I absolutely love the centre. The ladies are all amazing and very caring towards my 2 children.
My girls are happy when I leave and happy when I pick them up which make leaving them to go to work so much easier.
I love the App they use so that I can see what my girls are doing throughout the day.
Can't reccomend them highly enough.

My daughter has gone here since she was 14 months old in the baby room and now in the toddler room. I have been happy with both rooms and she has loved going from the start. It is a smaller Centre and I like this as the educators all really get to know the children and I know everyone that looks after my child. They are always more than happy to have a chat and let me know how my daughter is doing when she is there. There is a really positive atmosphere and you can tell the kids are having a great time and the educators  genuinely want to be there.
Even though they are having a good time there is definitely a focus on education too. It’s amazing to see how much my daughter has learned and at 20 months she would come home singing songs and using new words every day. Returning to work and putting my child
In care was such a huge adjustment and a sad time but knowing she was happy and well cared for made the transition so much easier. I would recommend NGWOL to anybody that is looking for Centre based care that has more of a family feel than some of the bigger centers.

We are committed to ensuring that staffing arrangements are compliant with regulatory authorities and that there is familiarity and continuity with the educators in each room. Flexible Hours

Our centre is offering Flexible Hours to support families to make the most out of the government Child Care Subsidy. Consisting of nine-hour, ten-hour, and full day options, the new Flexible Hours model will give families the freedom to choose which hours best suit their individual circumstances. Families will not be limited by start and finish times like other models from competitors, and there will be no associated fees or conditions around the minimum amount of flexible hours days they are able to access. We look forward to meeting your family and showing you around our centre.
