HI, my name is Jess Redford and I am the centre Director at Goodstart Mount Martha Craigie Road. I have my diploma in Children’s Services and have been working within the early childhood sector for the last 13 years, 9 of those years I have had the amazing opportunity to be a part of the Goodstart family.
I have had many opportunities within my career to work with all ages of children and have gained so much knowledge to share with my team now as a leader.
I am a mum with two beautiful children aged 2 and 4 years and love that they can be a part of the Goodstart family too. I feel having this experience allows me to know what families are wanting for their own children and my goal is to create a warm and nurturing second home for their children.
I take great pride in supporting my educators to offer the highest standard of care for each and every child to give them the best start in their lives right up until they go off to school.
