WARNING- please bare with me. As I don’t know where to begin- first of all the good reviews are fake!! This place is not made for kids- there is not enough staff to cater for the amount of kids going here. Worst management- no education what so ever, no structure all ages of children are put into one room as no staff. Staff constantly crying or leaving this place- hardly anyone left!! You are lucky to have your kids still act or behave some what normal, after you pick them up. Both of kids went here before the management was good the moment Astra business/learning centre bought this place- it has become the worst place. The same management opened a new one (ASTRA Early Learning centre), so careful!!! Though everything else didn’t matter for me as I thought my kids are being looked after but recent weeks I noticed a lot of things by the educators in particular Trish and Lauren- they teamed up and traumatised my son- they would take him out the room take him out of the view and god knows how they would behave with 2 and half year old boy, I can’t even imagine. I was also informed by the educators to keep an eye on him as this educators are behaving this way on regular basis. So I immediately stopped taking my kids the moment I investigated this further, to further add the kinder program educators don’t get along so your kids are taken out of the room once you leave and they get put into another room because they can’t have allow too many kids in one room with one educators as Lauren doesn’t like this educator. It is upsetting and frustrating to see kids being treated this way, we trust and pay for the service, it is the worst thing to hear about your kids being treated this way and this place should not be open with such inhuman staff and worst management system. *This issues have been reported to education department*.

As part of my student placement, I was required to undertake many practical placement experiences, and although I went to multiple different centers, I had to go back to Green Kids Early Learning. The educators within the service were beyond incredible, they assisted me with all my enquiries and they treated all the children as they were their own, the love and care factor was phenomenal. They were all just like a little family and made me feel so welcome and at ease in their environment. I have now been apart of the GK family for just over a year and have worked in the rooms as an educator and have progressed to working alongside the management team, further building personal relations within our service and in our community.

I do not have a bad thing to say about Green Kids. After trialing many different centers for my 1 & 3 year old children, I am beyond grateful to find a center that has staff that care for the children like they are their own. The staff are beyond wonderful and always go above and beyond for my kids. Something that also really stood out to me was their hygiene measures, the center is always clean and tidy! Couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks GK.

The staff at Green Kids are honestly incredible. I have never come across such wonderful and genuinely caring ladies. Leaving your 6 month old baby in day care is truly the hardest thing, but these ladies made me feel at ease every single day and my daughter absolutely adores her educators, especially miss Sue & miss Kulwant, thank you so much!!

Thank you very much Green Kids Early Learning Centre, they have organized a lot of large-scale activities for children, teaching them respect, and 99% of the employees there really take good care of the children. Food is nutritious and there are always fruits and vegetables. My daughter is here, which allows me to work happily without worrying about them. Recommend them very much!!!👍
