ILO Hampton Park Early Education Centre

My son loves to go to the childcare here. Very good educators and well managed. All the educators Gyan, Blanca, Hasini, Kaye are all very caring and looks after the kids well. He’s developed a fair few skills while relatively being healthy. We were scared about him getting infected through other kids but centre management’s precautions mean he was seldom sick. Overall we are very happy. Forgot to mention Jessica. She runs a good centre and keeps people informed. Accounts were her strong suit too.

All of the educators at ILO make an effort to understand my daughter and make her feel safe, comfortable and happy at the centre. They are always respectful, friendly and professional. They encourage her to socialise with other children and explore new activities. The rooms are also clean, calm, and cosy. My daughter also loves eating the fresh food they prepare for her. I would recommend ILO to other families in the local area.

My daughter loves going to ILO Hampton Park, and as her parent, I've been really happy with the experience too. The place feels just like home, it's clean, calm, and comfy. They focus on each child's learning style and encourage creativity, good manners, and making friends. The teachers are kind and patient, helping kids feel confident. The classrooms have everything they need and are really cozy. I'd recommend it to any parent looking for a caring environment where their child can feel at home while learning.

This place has turned to the worst childcare centre you can imagine. No staff that has the slightest idea how to look after children. All the good staff have left and the place turned to a chaotic, disorganised mess. Serious incidents happening while refusing to mandatory report to the department. Very sly management who act as if they have no idea what's going on. Very dodgy unqualified centre. Be wary they have ears everywhere within the centre nothing is confidential *** i can confirm No incidents were reported to the department, I have followed this up**

My son currently attends ILO and has been there a little a while now, we are over the moon with the care he receives there and the facilities are immaculate. He use to attend another local larger centre in the area and we found he was not getting the appropriate care there so much so they gave him food he was allergic too due to high staff turnovers and no communication. ILO Hampton Park is a small centre, however I find this to be a way better system then any larger centres, my child's room is not overpopulated with children, the educators have more time to engage and educate the children and build more loving relationships with them. My child doesn't get neglected and has formed beautiful connections with the educators and children. Also since he started he has never been sick the centre is very conscious on cleanliness and hygiene which is also a bonus when there isn't a huge amount of children. The best part is there is no more tears at drop offs and picks up since the transfer which means he is happy being there which is all I could ask for.

The educators provided fantastic activities for children and they are good at helping children develop their interests. The room leader in toddler has provided lots of support to my son. And all the educators try their best to meet his needs. I am appreciated for all the help the educators provided. Additionally，the chef cooks delicious food and my son loves it so much.

Our toddler has been at ILO 4 months and loves it. She's formed strong relationships with the educators who provide fun and engaging activites. The centre has a calm feel, lots of open ended play and a great outdoor space.

Our family has had nothing but an outstanding experience with ILO Hampton Park. Our little one gets so excited when he knows he's going to daycare and that really shows what kind of place we have found here. The educators all have such a lovely demeanour and from the minute we walk in the door they're all so warm and clearly have our boys best interests at heart.

I have been looking for a child care centre to take my children to around the Casey area and this child care centre is by far the cleanest. Love their clean and modern facilities. Very Montessori style vibe, warm and welcoming. The staff put a lot of effort and care into my boys especially Val and Vajira who have been there since day one. Looking forward to seeing how this place shapes and grows. Would definitely recommend this place to other parents looking for a child care centre in the City of Casey.

They were extremely nice to talk too and the centre was beautiful. Every child I saw that was there was so happy to be there with huge smiles on each child’s face. If I knew about this centre before I would have definitely put my child in there instead of being home schooled. Thank for giving my oldest daughter the opportunity to have work experience with you guys
