Buggles Child Care - Brookfield Place

We have been very happy with the care our 15mo receives at Buggles. We feel the educators really know him (and each of the children) well, and cater to their preferences and interests. They are fun and caring, the centre is big and clean with lots of outdoor play, and our child is very happy there.

Amazing staff and amazing centre, my son has progressed so much since being there and the staff answer all my questions and he helped me so much.and I love seeing the pictures and post about what they do each day while in care.

We absolutely love it here! Our daughter has been attending Buggles Brookfield Place for almost a year now and has started at the Babies room and subsequently transitioned to the Toddlers room. I can tell that she really enjoys her time in the centre with how excited she sounds when she “tells” me how her day was, and she knows the names of almost everyone in her room – from the educators to her classmates. And my daughter sometimes role plays their activities when at home, with her acting as the ‘educator’ and giving instructions confidently to my husband and I (being the ‘toddlers’) - really funny and heart-warming at the same time! The staff are exceptional – professional, warm and friendly, and I can say that they genuinely care for our child. The activities prepared are also well thought of which caters to the learning and development needs appropriate for their age group. The educators keep you updated via the Xplor app – the photos for their activities are so lovely to look at, you can see the toddlers engaging with each other and with their educators; looking at the photos is one of the highlights of my day! The centre management has also been exceptional in supporting us with our requests. As a parent all you need is to know that your child is happy and safe when he/she is at the daycare. My daughter absolutely loves it here. No dramas while dropping off and doesn't wanna leave when we go to pick her up!! Activities are good. Educators keep you updated on everything via the xplor app. The center management very flexible with all our requirements. They had a lot of staff changes in the last few months but they managed it effectively. Been going here over a year now and it has been great overall.

Where to start?! My toddler absolutely loves it here. A month in and he settled so well. All the staff are very professional and experienced, they always come up with creative ways to keep the kiddos entertained, the food is healthy and the environment is very friendly. The location of the daycare is perfect for people who live in town, they have a drop off carpark as well. I absolutely made the right choice for my lil one . Highly recommended
