My child has been attending for almost a year now, I am very pleased with the service, they provide daily updates and a wide range of activities throughout the day.

I receive updates on my child throughout day and feedback when I collect. If I have any concerned Kelly is very approachable and accommodating to our family needs.

The place is clean, fresh with a lovely outdoor climbing frame and water play area. They also have a small veggie patch for the children to learn and grow.

My son attended pre covid, and was in nursery, he finally got settled and was having fun days, good naps and loved his educators. Then covid hit, 6 months of one on one with me, he was super clingy and didn't like me out of his sight.  I was nervous but excited for him to attend again. The educators have once again made his transition away from his mumma as seamless as possible. They are truly apart of our family now.
He now has such a great day, playing, learning and being creative. I get updates on naps, food and nappies as well as a handover with the educators when I pick him up, of which we have plenty of time for because he doesn't want to leave 😂
I have never felt uncomfortable leaving him and have always been confident that he is in a loving and caring environment. The team at BGMC are outstanding and I will never be able to thank them enough for all they do.

This place is great for my kids . Would like to share my lil story ,they run out of baby formula for my child as that was our mistake forgot to put new tin in the bag(please no jugments) .They rung us but my wife was at work and i am a FiFo worker i was miles n miles away i was feeling helpless after getting a call from them .That is precricped formula by Doctor .I am so greatfull that one of the staff member went to the pharmcay where we bought that tin and requested for the new tin . Wow just wow that was out of courtsy . What a great effort and prove that humanity  still exsit on planet . I had tears in my eyes when i found out about this .This is also a great insprition and motivation for myslef and my family to help others regardless any awards . Thank for your time whoever is reading this and also Much appreciated to whole Team Mercy Care . 😊😊

My girl has been attending Mercy Care since they opened in 2019.
She suffered a little from seperation anxiety at first (going from family daycare to a big centre), and every single educator in the centre went and still does go above and beyond to make her feel special and welcome every morning and now she loves to go.
I would 100% recommend Mercy Care Banksia Grove to anyone.

My son has been attending since MercyCare Banksia Grove first opened in 2019.
He generally doesn’t like to be away from me, but is excited to attend his “school days”. This is reassuring to see he’s happy to leave me and a reflection on the staff and centre making him feel happy, comfortable & safe. :)
