The educators at Alkimos are very accommodating. My daughter is 6 and has made her way through all the rooms from 4 months old. The service and rooms are clean and inviting.
She is currently in OSHC and Vacation Care, and absolutely loves it, has great relationships with her peers and educators. The VAC/OSHC programs are always engaging for her, cater for the big age range of children and they are a small intimate group, not like your usual after school care with 90 odd children.

Highly recommended! The staff/educators are brilliant, caring and helpful. My child enjoys he's day everytime he's there. Not only do they take care of him well but also focus on he's development. The centre itself is clean, bright, welcoming and setup to cater for growing & developing children. I get updates of the day of how my child went throughout the day when i pick him up - eating, sleeping, new progress/development and activities. Also I get to see his day through the app with pics of he's day.
Big shout out to Rachel & Lauren for making it a great experience for not only my child but for us parents too.

The girls at Alkimos School of Early Learning are amazing, so caring and patient with all the kids! We were warmly welcomed when we started and you can tell they have a true passion for early childhood education.
My 3 year old boy has been going for nearly 2 years. We have been to 2 previous ones and cannot recommend Alkimos early learning enough! The girls are absolutely amazing and love my boy so much.. and it shows!
The girls go above and beyond for the kids and you can see what they do everyday with their posts. I’ve never had a problem, but I know if I did I would trust the centre and their care for my son. Bumps, dirtiness & scratches are bound to happen as they are kids and don’t sit in one spot all day.. but if there was an incident I know they would deal with it in the best way possible. 10/10 recommend
Recently had a tour for my children to commence care at this service, the director was super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The educators all greeted us with smiles and engaged with my children throughout the orientation.
The educators are brilliant
My boys who are almost 3 and 19 months old have been attending this centre since they both were just before 12 months. We all have had an amazing ongoing experience, the girls absolutely love the boys and they don’t hesitate to show it!
They have been thriving since day one, of course they have some ups and downs as toddlers generally do anyways. Every little incidents such as little falls and head bumps are immediately notified to me, which gives me a lot of comfort knowing they’re looking out for my boys for me.
Never once I questioned what the staff does during the time we’ve been attending care.
Not sure of the reason of the negative reviews, but I guess each to their own 😅 All families have different expectations/needs.
