We adore Joy and the girls at THBCC. So grateful to know our child receives the best care. Cannot recommend this centre enough :)

We cannot rate this lovely family run centre highly enough. Actually, this is not a centre, we see it as truly a second home for our son. Joy and her incredible team have shown so much love and care towards our family, and all the children, from the moment we enrolled. Our little boy came to the centre from a home daycare setting and was struggling with a bit of change and separation anxiety, we were so worried about how he'd settle in. The patience, one on one time and love shown to him, honestly blew us away… not to mention the many supportive chats with us parents and the regular updates we still receive daily to reassure us and share his happy moments. They are truly something special. What has also always been clear to us is the lovely staff culture and stability in carers and teachers. Staff turnover is low, which we know creates an important sense of stability for the kids. If you’re lucky enough to get a spot here, jump on it! This is the most wonderful day care centre. If you are concerned about leaving you little one then this is the place to go. The care they give your child is exceptional. My 9 month old sleeps better here than at home. It's smaller than many of the other centres which really allows your child to get plenty of attention and theirs needs met. Could not recommend this place more. 10 stars if I could!

My daughter loves this child care centre. It have good educators who love the children and take good care of children. Also the centre try to clean always. My daughter always happy to go to this centre.

A wonderful, family orientated child care centre. Staff are excellent and very welcoming, nurturing and professional.

I have known the owner for many years and all my children have received such a caring, safe and professional service. I would recommend this service to anyone that wants to makes sure their child has a quality experience and not just a number. It is a community based service and Joy the owner and all the staff always want to achieve a positive outcomes for your child :-)

We absolutely loved everything about this child care centre - our daughter attended for about a year before we had to relocate, and we cannot speak more highly of the skilled team, clean and stimulating environment, and genuine care shown to our family.
