I began my early childhood education and care career in 2007 and commenced my role as the Centre Manager at Great Beginnings Victoria in 2021.

I hold a Diploma in Children's Services, and I'm halfway through completing my Bachelor of Early Childhood.

From a young age, I have always had an interest in working with children. My love for watching children grow and learn has inspired me to pursue a career in early education. I also enjoy building a relationship with children and their families.

As an early educator, I believe that the process of play is the foundation to developing children's learning. And through play, children learn about themselves, others, and their world. I believe all children are capable and confident in their learning and should be provided with environments and opportunities to support their curiosity. I have a strong passion for high-quality child care centres.

Our team understands just how important your children are to you, and we ensure we take our responsibilities seriously. Great Beginnings Early Education Centres have extensive policies and procedures to assist our team in protecting children in our care.

We understand that starting at a new centre can be overwhelming and that is why, from the very first enquiry, we make sure that we address all your questions one by one. We walk families through all the forms and administration that need to be done; this includes enrolment forms, Child Care Subsidy (CCS), explaining subsidies, government caps, centre schedules, our centre menu and more.

We provide support to our families and aim to build a good relationship with them. I acknowledge that parents and families are the primary caregivers and know their child's interests and needs best, which is why I believe in working together with families in partnership to achieve the best outcome for the child and family as a whole. I aim to provide a smooth transition for new families, supporting them from enrolment to ongoing support in settling their child at our centre.
